Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This is a salaried position and requires a 40 hr. workweek. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
The position reports to the General Manager, Alan Duty
Responsibilities
- This is not a remote position as it requires preparing orders for delivery
- Phone support for customer service (new orders, service calls, etc.)
- Respond to customer service call regarding order status and inventory availability
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer feedback.
- Answer phone and respond to email inquires in the office
- Prepare purchase orders for products such as toner, supplies and office products
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling during delivery interactions.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and supplies to customer
- Receive drop ship items into stock in our accounting system - e-automate
- Verify with vendor the drop ships items have been delivered
- Independently evaluate and prioritize products to order based on customer needs
- Process returns and defective product or unused products
- Monitor back order status of all items on a daily basis
- Assist inventory reconciliation every quarter in our inventory software
- Establish new customer accounts, recording account information on written forms or digitally
- Establish minimum warehouse levels on high moving products
- Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking deliveries and managing schedules.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
