Job Summary
This position will be responsible for leading and optimizing the daily operations and ensuring that KPIs are met to adhere to goals. This role requires strong ERP (preferable IFS or SAP or Oracle) knowledge. As COO, the primary responsibility will be to enable the execution of the build plan through efficient and effective purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, quality and warehousing management. In addition, the COO will be responsible for analyzing costs and workflows. In addition, this position will be responsible for tasks related to cost accounting, financial statements analysis, journal entries, and financial operations to support the company's financial health and decision-making processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Develop and execute roadmap on implementing improved technology for operations including ERP lobbies, MFG/Warehouse barcoding and optimizing process flow.
Develop and execute KPI’s at company, department and individual levels to ensure goals are being achieved.
Work with other department heads to ensure that goals are aligned with Company initiatives.
Analyze operating costs including manufacturing, supply chain and warehouse to ensure costs are accurate while helping reduce them.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

Time Studies, Labor Optimization, Manufacturing Costs, Safety Targets, Outside operations, Supply Chain Costs, Technology Improvements, Throughput Efficiency, Workflows Analyze bottlenecks and improvements

Experience

Strong Analytical Skills include the ability to collect, interpret and report data.
Expert in using computers and familiar with ERP (IFS) systems. SAP / Oracle database.
Ability to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
Extensive experience in the field of Manufacturing, costing BOM’s, inventory time studies.
Knowledge of Manufacturing and new technologies
Strong background in leading change and executing goals and cleaning up costing groups.
