We are looking for a Dispatch Operator to join our Cimsa Americas Team!

As Dispatch Operator at Cimsa Americas you will be responsible for:
- Operate and manage the movements of PD Car (cement railcar),
- Communicate with CCR operators to understand and operate the machine from the field,
- Coordinate the silo truck operations in the field and communicate with shipping office when necessary,
- Repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments,
- Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble,
- Operate the entire process (including finish grinding mill and rotary packer, etc.) as per standard operating procedures to meet production requirements,
- Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems,
- Inspect or test damaged machine parts, and mark defective areas,
- Promotes and maintains an environmentally compliant and a safety-oriented plant in accordance with all OSHA and company standards,
- Ensure the application of the plant’s rules of conduct and health & safety protocols during operation and maintenance procedures to minimize injuries and lost time incidents,
- Participate in weekly safety meetings and provide feedback on unsafe working conditions or signs of equipment breakdowns,
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Willing and capable of working extended hours and weekends if needed.
