Duties:

- Pull and check orders to fulfill customer purchase orders
- Inspect and organize inventory
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system (WMS) or other tracking tools
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely shipping and receiving operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and labeling procedures
- Basic knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for inventory management
- Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order fulfillment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
