Summary

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to join our team at Spotless Chimney. This role is crucial in managing our inventory processes to ensure that we have the necessary materials for our services. The Inventory Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, comprehensive responsibility over materials. This designation can appeal to candidates with experience in both inventory oversight and operational logistics, highlighting the managerial aspect of the role.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels of materials and supplies.
Analyze inventory data to forecast needs and prevent shortages or excess.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of necessary materials.
Overseeing tools and vehicle needs.
Implement efficient logistics strategies for material handling and distribution.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and conduct regular audits.
Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Familiarity with logistics and materials management principles.
Basic financial analysis skills are a plus but not required.
Ability to operate a forklift is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
