Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Up to $50,000 annually (DOE)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sonoma. This is a temp-to-hire position with growth potential for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in supporting logistics operations by entering and maintaining accurate data in our proprietary ERP system, scheduling inspections, and ensuring efficient warehouse coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain data within the company’s proprietary ERP system
- Manage inbounding data entry and track inventory with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate daily activities with the warehouse crew to ensure smooth logistics flow
- Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling USDA inspections and working with APHIS systems
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers to support logistics operations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records
- Assist with additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in international logistics, inventory, or data entry roles preferred
- Experience scheduling USDA inspections internationally
- Familiarity with ERP systems and/or APHIS platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
