We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Service and Solutions to lead our Retail, Mobile Technician Services, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Solutions teams. This individual will oversee a growing organization of 30+ team members, including 5 direct reports, driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction in the industrial distribution sector.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance retail, mobile service, and VMI programs while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Optimize processes for mobile technician services, retail sales, and VMI solutions, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 direct reports and a broader organization of 30+ employees across multiple locations.
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow service offerings, expand mobile service coverage, and increase market penetration in key industrial regions.

Desired Skills And Experience

8+ years of experience in industrial distribution sales and sales leadership, VMI programs, and branch operations.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams and service-oriented business units.
Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and mobile service operations is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
