The WMS Analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize Körber WMS to support warehouse operations and business objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues, conducting data analysis, and providing end-user training.
In This Role
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Körber WMS (formerly known as HighJump) to support business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including warehouse managers, business analysts, and IT teams, to understand requirements and deliver tailored WMS solutions
- Perform system testing, identify issues, and coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the WMS
- Monitor system performance, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Conduct statistical analysis on operational data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and system usage guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in warehouse management systems

The Ideal Person
- 2+ years of experience with Körber WMS or similar systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM)
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools for reporting and analysis
- Technical writing expertise to produce clear and well-structured documentation
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and multitasking abilities
