Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and experienced Dispatch Assistant to join our SAV team (Must be able to relocate to SAV). The Dispatch Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
Duties
- Handling private and commercial addresses dispatching
- Coordinating goods dispatching
- Managing customer pickups
- System order adjustments
- Assisting with large cargo transfer operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching or logistics roles
- Familiarity with transportation planning and dispatching procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and in a timely manner
