Our Team is seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist / Dispatcher. This is a Full-time position. Entry level is fine, we will train you. Experience working for a plumbing or HVAC company is a plus, experience with Service Titan program is a plus.
Schedule is Monday - Friday with hours to be determined once hired. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour with a 90-day training period. Could be more depending on your experience.
There is a two-week trial period to make sure you are a good fit. After the initial 90-days, once you have learned our routine/system, raises and bonus pay are available depending on job performance and how well you have learned the job.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answering busy phones • Scheduling service calls • Dispatching technicians via phone call to customer • Enter Tech notes into System • Looking up parts & Ordering parts as needed • Data entry • Filing • Calling customers for various reasons as needed • Pulling Permits • Calling for inspections • Other office duties as required
