Position Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations and management background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including supervising office staff and field technicians, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring robust growth of Core business.
- Monitor each the company’s performance with established annual targets/budgets and build out KPI reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Implement and manage quality control processes and technological tools to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role .
- Commercial customer experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with managing budgets and quoting projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business management and software tools.
- Prior experience working hands-on in the field with equipment is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
