Job Description
You will be the Supply Chain Manager for Lockheed Martin's Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for executing the procurement cycle from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of quality products to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will facilitate the procurement cycle, serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and suppliers, and drive mitigation activities across the Supply Chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and support the GMLRS Program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining supply chain metrics, pursuing deliveries from suppliers, and assisting in subcontract negotiations
- Managing material requirements, attending shortage meetings, and resolving supplier-related issues with program management
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership, Engineering, Quality, Production Operations, and other departments for action resolution and resource planning
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation plans for the Global Supply Chain
- Traveling as required (with opportunities for personal development and growth)

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
