Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. This position requires proficiency in transportation management systems and a strong understanding of supply chain operations.

Duties

Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and optimize delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to relay important information regarding shipments.
Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that may arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including delivery times and driver performance.
Collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients and drivers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Familiarity with fleet management practices and supply chain processes is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
A commitment to providing exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.
