The Inventory Analyst is key to ensuring we have the materials we need to make our product. This role is supporting daily cycle counts, resolving inventory issues across locations, and working closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of components needed for production. This position is based onsite in Whitewater, WI.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and support physical inventory efforts.
Track and report on slow-moving inventory; collaborate with other sites to resolve discrepancies.
Review assembly needs for missing components and expedite items to ensure timely completion.
Monitor inventory levels and proactively maintain service levels across assigned locations.
Reschedule open purchase orders based on current demand, using vendor portals as needed.
Act on ERP planning messages and initiate procurement actions for required parts.
Analyze material budget reports and explain variances to support better planning and forecasting.

What You’ll Need:

BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting or related field; or 0-3 years supply chain experience.

Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working knowledge of and proficiency with an ERP system, Order Entry and Cycle Count.

High School level math and strong understanding of accounting principles. Accounting education or experience helpful.

Proven organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Able to interface well with others at all levels within the organization.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$56,800 - $68,200 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
