Job Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to work independently outdoors sometimes getting the opportunity to operate heavy equipment such as a backhoe.
- Opportunity to use and improve your sales and customer service skills by servicing customers and helping them solve problems.
- Improve your health! Stop sitting in a truck all day and take the opportunity to get in better shape. This role does have a physical labor aspect to it.
- Perform septic tank pumping, maintenance, and repair services.
- Conduct system inspections and diagnose potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair system components, including pumps, pipes, and distribution boxes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure proper invoicing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the septic industry is preferred but not required.
- Valid CDL B or A (will need Tanker Endorsement or willing to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor outdoors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Clean MVR.
