Job Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst's primary role is to analyze data and methods to predict and improve the company's delivery of products and services to our customers. The successful person will also be responsible for the overall maintenance of data and product portfolio for the supply chain. This role will analyze report data and present results and metrics within the organization. Lastly, the successful person will be responsible for managing and completing several initiatives aimed at optimizing the supply chain. The Supply Chain Analyst will also be the point of contact for supply chain data requests and will work with internal teams to optimize business processes.
Shift & Schedule:
This is a full-time, hybrid remote day shift position (Monday–Friday), typically three days per weekin office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required for occasional support outside of core hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—to assist with planning and scheduling as needed.
What will you do:

Evaluating demand signals from multiple sources and turning them into a SAP/EXCEL production schedule which simultaneously meets customers’ requirements and maximizes production efficiency

Work with other planners, customers, customer service representatives, corporate management, plant management, purchasing, and production to prioritize/manage schedules and make changes quickly and effectively

Works collaboratively with maintenance, quality, production and distribution to reduce unplanned downtime and increase machine availability through the production schedule optimization for establishing and sustaining autonomous and preventive/predictive maintenance SOPs and TPM programs

Participate in activities which support the site safety goal of zero injuries by contributing, promoting and supporting safety culture through all best practice Safety requirements including 100% completion of all safety and regulatory training

Enable achievement of Zero-defect performance and improvement to the customer experience by supporting a right first time approach, participating in audits to ensure all quality processes are being followed, and leading Root Cause Corrective Action efforts as needed, when defects do occur
- Participate in cross functional focused improvement initiatives to streamline production scheduling, material flow and improved equipment efficiency to increase capacity and reduce operating expense

Support new initiatives for flavors/packaging buy working with external teams on set up, procurement, and execution of new initiative

Support Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory Requirements – daily cycle counting, PO management, working with Warehouse teams, working with off site warehouse teams, processing counts and trouble shooting in SAP

Provide leadership and support to operations teams for the line(s) responsible for production planning

Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's TPM and High Performing Team Principles, policies and applicable laws as required

Procure all materials and packaging to make the finished goods within scope of responsibility including working with vendors on problem resolution and internal Procurement when issues arise with Delivery, Costing, etc.

Support a culture of motivation, diversity, high performance and high engagement where the Planning team meets established goals and capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

2 years of VMI, order processing, or replenishment experience.

2 years’ experience using MS Excel.

1 years’ experience using SAP or similar system.
