Ecommerce Warehouse Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations for ecommerce businesses, with a strong focus on the Amazon marketplace.
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, specifically in ecommerce operations.
- Proficiency with Sellercentral, Sellercloud and/or GoFlow order management system preferred.
- Must have experience in warehouse operations management relating to Amazon marketplace and FBA preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Seamlessly manage all aspects of Amazon FBA operation
- Implement and maintain organizational processes, procedures and systems
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance processes.
- Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Pay: $90,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 9am-2pm
