Job Summary:
Ensures customers ERP/SAP systems are supported to allow CCL to efficiently source raw materials, manufacture products, store inventory and transport shipments to meet requested deliveries. Position requires customer interface to actively work with forecast, suggest order placement, create purchase orders for customer approval, and provide feedback to customer for any delivery shortfalls. Coordinates production of printed materials, prepress or printing services with customers' requirements. Responsible for liaison functions between customers and internal personnel.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Demonstrates the behaviors of punctuality, regular attendance, professionalism towards supervisors and co-workers, and self-directed task completion.
· Maintains clean work area.
· Must comply with all departmental SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), company GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), Employee Handbook Policies, including attendance, and all safety rules and standards.
· Works normal shift hours and overtime as required while performing other related duties as assigned.
· Works directly with assigned customers and CCL personnel to establish and maintain an efficient supply chain process to meet the customer’s expectations and agreed upon targets with the least possible inventory.
· Confers with customers throughout production to keep them informed of status of job, to solicit and resolve inquiries and complaints, to obtain approval of materials such as artwork, color separations, ink samples, and proofs, and to procure information and materials needed to process order.
· Determines supplies, materials (including dies), equipment, and artwork needed for job order are correct and on order with Purchasing if needed.
· Develops and improves processes to make/improve efficiencies.
· Updates work instructions when there has been a change made to the Supply Chain System and train to the change.
· Tracks lead-times, open orders, order frequency, on-time delivery, safety/buffers and finished goods inventories within agreed upon targets.
· Makes recommendations on the development and implementation of new policies and procedures relating to Supply chain functions, metrics, processes, and operational excellence.
· Works with IT to develop new innovational tools as needed /required to enhance visibility or increase efficiencies throughout the supply chain planning process.
· Monitors performance measures and scorecards and organize regular performance reviews/visits to the customer.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business or related area from four-year College or university; or equivalent education, training or experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
