The Supply Chain Brand Manager is responsible for managing distribution networks and coordinating vendors and suppliers for FAT Brands domestic. The overall objective of this position is to ensure each of the store locations receive the right products at the right price at the right time and right place. This role should serve as an advocate for the franchise and corporate locations by continually looking for better ways to support the stores, improve distribution efficiency and foster transparent communication between all stakeholders. The position will be remote but will be based in Southern California.
Responsibilities:
- Implement necessary measures to ensure a continuous supply of products and raw materials for the brands managed, utilizing daily and weekly reporting tools.
- Execute effectively as a Project Manager coordinating with key stakeholders new product introductions, store openings, introduction of new technologies, etc.
- Effective problem solving, analyzing potential solutions, implement the best course of action to achieve a positive outcome.
- Critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration individuals and teams to address the root cause of an issue, enabling them to overcome challenges and foster progress.
- Stay informed about all aspects of the brand, including the products a brand uses, promotional activities, and updates on new store openings.
- Buil and maintain vendor and distribution relationships.
- Provide best in class customer service to independent business owners by promptly troubleshooting out of stock and other supply issues with vendors and distributors.
- Maintain records of supplier key performance indicators (KPI). Examine data and KPIs to analyze trends and establish data driven corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, the distributors, and suppliers to guarantee smooth new store openings and ensure prompt communication of opening timelines or any changes to those timelines.
- Proactively manage monthly order guides and ensure special order forms are current by distribution center.
- Manage product set up and availability of new "limited time offers" (LTOs) promotion products and materials with all distribution partners for the brand.
- Work with Operations Team to secure product forecasting to ensure adequate supply and avoid obsolescence.
- Communicate commodity prices, contract prices, price audits/credits, and other information data to the franchisees.
- Create and maintain reports, presentations and KPI data as needed.
- Bring together cross functional teams to identify and evaluate product or distribution needs.
- Actively participate in Brand Meetings, Innovation Projects, Strategic Planning and Ideation Sessions.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures, especially those related to service level enhancements.
- Communicate product delays as appropriate to brand leaders, franchise business owners and other functional managers as required by the situation.
- Work in a collaborative manner with all members of the organization.

Requirements- Associate or Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of purchasing or sourcing experience, preferably in the food industry, as a Purchasing Manager or Coordinator
- Experience using vendor management software
- Ability to gather and analyze data
- Ability to present complex issues in simple terms.
- Able to travel 10% -15% of the time.
