Job Description
As the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our entire supply chain operations. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective management of procurement, production, logistics, and distribution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless operations.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Drive initiatives to enhance sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of supply chain activities.
Collaborate with other departments to support new product development, market expansion, and other strategic projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role, with a track record of success in leading and optimizing supply chain operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
