Schedule: Monday through Thursday, four ten- hour days
Pay Range: $80,000 to $90,000, DOE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Pricing and Data Coordinator with strong data analysis skills and experience in purchasing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing pricelist updates, managing internal cost and price data, creating new parts, and ensuring compliance with part naming conventions. You will also proactively request product pricing from vendors and maintain communication with them to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, as part of your secondary responsibility, you will handle the purchasing of necessary goods and services for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset to interpret pricing data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions that optimize supply chain processes.
What you will be doing:
- Pricelist Updates: Regularly update internal pricing databases with the most recent vendor pricelists, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret and reconcile cost and price data. Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and other departments to provide actionable insights into pricing trends, cost variations, and supply chain performance.
- Internal Cost/Price Data Management: Maintain and track cost and price data for products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across the supply chain system.
- Part Creation: Manage the creation of new parts in the system, ensuring that all relevant information (e.g., part number, description, vendor info) is entered correctly, and data is kept up to date.
- Part Data Management: Manage the accuracy and completeness of existing parts in the system. Ensure that part data is regularly checked against supplier databases or with supplier points of contact for any obsolescence/supersession and to ensure valid pricing.
- Part Naming Conventions: Ensure strict adherence to established part naming conventions to maintain uniformity and ease of data retrieval across systems.
- Vendor Interaction: Develop and maintain proactive relationships with vendors to request product pricing, availability, and updates. Ensure timely and accurate integration of vendor responses into the pricing and part creation systems.
- Purchasing of Goods & Services: Handle the purchasing of necessary goods and services for the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, project management, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication regarding pricing, part data, and related information through the use of the ERP and PLM systems.
- Data Quality Control: Perform regular audits of the system to ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing, parts, and other related data.
- Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns in pricing and costs. Provide recommendations to optimize procurement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Experience & Education:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field strongly preferred, or related/relevant experience.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, data analysis, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, handling procurement of goods and services is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing pricing, parts, or inventory databases is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires use of computer, telephones and other office equipment, reading, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
