The Position
We are looking for a teammate to fill the role of CDL Class B Driver. This position is responsible for safely transporting IRC materials and equipment, while ensuring warehouse and yard organization adheres to company standards.
This Teammate Will
- Maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with all departments to fulfill duties and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in logistics support to ensure field personnel have the necessary materials and tools to service customers.
- Drive CDL Class B trucks safely and proficiently.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques (preferred).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CDL – B License (Hazmat Endorsement preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Strong organizational and storage skills.
- 3 years of CDL driving experience (required).
