Position Summary
The Logistics Analyst will play a key role in managing and optimizing order processing, logistics coordination, and distribution strategies across Latin America, the United States, and Canada. This position requires close collaboration with our Italian headquarters, third-party logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless and cost-effective logistics operations.
Description of Posting
- Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment across LATAM, U.S., and Canadian markets
- Coordinate both regional and international logistics and transportation activities
- Collaborate with Italian HQ and external logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Support dealer and distributor networks with invoicing, shipment tracking, and delivery updates
- Analyze inventory data to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid disruptions
- Develop and implement cost-efficient transportation and distribution strategies
- Prepare detailed logistics and recap reports to support decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in all logistics documentation and systems
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field
- 0 -2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related area
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Italian is a plus
