Job Description
You will be the Javelin Production Global Supply Chain Manager for the Javelin program team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies to support Javelin production, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Javelin Production Global Supply Chain Manager, you will lead a team of supply chain professionals in executing production work scope, driving development and implementation of subcontract management strategies that align with program objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing and executing subcontract management strategies
- Representing the Global Supply Chain team in production proposal meetings and management reviews
- Leading Supply Chain Management at CAM reviews
- Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives
- Coaching and mentoring Subcontract Managers
- Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving supplier issues

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
