As we scale operations at our Palmetto, Florida facility, we’re hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to help manage procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics — with a strong eye on technical detail, quality, and compliance.
Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Coordinator will support the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring raw materials, components, and finished goods are flowing efficiently and accurately through the system. This role involves procurement support, inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and maintaining accurate system data. The ideal candidate will have technical fluency, experience working in regulated industries (aerospace, medical, or similar), and a strong understanding of product traceability and documentation best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Support- Place and track purchase orders for raw materials and components
- Communicate with vendors to confirm lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Assist with vendor onboarding and maintain accurate supplier qualification records
- Ensure supplier documentation meets internal quality and regulatory standards
Production & Scheduling Coordination- Support the creation and maintenance of production schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams or contract manufacturers to ensure timely builds
- Adjust production plans based on inventory, delays, or shifting demand
Inventory Management- Monitor inventory across in-house storage, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory data within Cin7 or equivalent ERP system
Logistics & Fulfillment- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriers
- Track delivery performance and resolve shipping issues
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation, BOLs, and packaging compliance files
Data & Compliance Reporting- Maintain detailed records for procurement, inventory, and production traceability
- Generate reports on KPIs such as stock levels, fulfillment timelines, and vendor performance
- Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant product, labeling, and import/export regulations
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with QA, production, procurement, and customer service teams
- Communicate supply chain updates and risks to stakeholders
- Provide supply chain insights to support planning and product launches
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement coordination
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, medical, or similar) preferred
- Strong understanding of traceability, documentation, and quality requirements
- Proficient in inventory management systems (Cin7, NetSuite, SAP) and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bonus Points For- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like FDA, NSF, ISO, or ITAR
- Experience managing supplier certifications and compliance documentation
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or e-commerce fulfillment
