We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Purchasing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the procurement process, manage supplier relationships, analyze purchasing data, and ensure that the company's purchasing activities are cost-effective and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the organization is adequately stocked with materials and supplies.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their pricing, terms, and quality.
Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, track costs, and recommend improvements to procurement processes.
Support the negotiation of pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors under the guidance of senior team members.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of goods and services.
Assist with the tracking and resolution of any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing discrepancies.
Help prepare reports on purchasing activities, inventory, and budget compliance.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, production) to ensure supply needs are met efficiently.
Manage the archival of all contracts in the company contract database, provide visibility to leadership of contracts needing reviewed, renewed, and finalized.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
Familiarity with procurement software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
